Lift Modernisation Subsidy Scheme Mass Briefing Schedule

To enhance lift safety of old buildings as well as to safeguard public safety, the Government has partnered with the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) to implement the “Lift Modernisation Subsidy Scheme” (“LIMSS”) to promote lift modernisation in the community. LIMSS will be open for application soon.

URA will, in collaboration with the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department, organise 11 mass briefings in different districts from April to May 2019. Details are as follows:
