URA Launches a Kowloon City District-based Rehabilitation Pilot Scheme

The URA launches a three-year District-based Rehabilitation Pilot Scheme for the buildings without urgent redevelopment needs and located in Nam Kok Road to Tak Ku Ling Road and expected to benefit about 1,000 domestic units.
