To accelerate relevant process in the engagement of service providers by owners/OCs, the following sample tenders and contract documents are prepared for engagement of various service providers, with a view to maximize standardization of terms in tender and contract with fair standards formulated for use by the applicants joining the Third Round Operation Building Bright 2.0.

For consultancy services covering the requirements under Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme only

Prequalification Lists

All applicants joining the third round “OBB 2.0” have to invite the Prequalified Consultants and/or the Prequalified Contractors for tendering the consultancy services and/or rehabilitation works via the E-Tendering Platform of Smart Tender.

To meet the staff resource demands for different sizes of OBB2.0 applications, URA maintains TWO Lists for Prequalified Consultants and Prequalified Contractors in our E-Tendering Platform.

Submission for Express of Interest (EOI)

The 2nd round for "Express of Interest" for prequalification of consultants will commence in the first quarter of 2025. Actual registration period and details will be announced on this website in due course.
