The URA launched a light-hearted TV series titled “Urban Renewal: Act Early, Better Quality – Owners’ Cooperation Promotes Good Building Condition” in collaboration with TVB to promote building rehabilitation and preventive maintenance.
A series of three episodes, featuring talented actors Alice Fung, Peter Chan, and Kason, who use their excellent acting skills to introduce the "Building Rehabilitation Resource Centre" and explain the importance of Preventive Maintenance.
Building Rehabilitation Resource Centre starts providing the second phase of services from 4 July 2023. It is open to the public for free from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday and public holidays).
The third round of Operation Building Bright 2.0 and Fire Safety Improvement Works Subsidy Scheme is now open for applications, and the application deadline is 30 September 2023. Please refer to the News in this website.
